Brocklin Qualls is a non-profit management and training consultant. Brocklin has served in the following leadership roles: Director of Head Start (Early Head Start Programs), Subject Matter Expert (United States Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Office of Special Needs), Director of Early Childhood Development Centers, Early Childhood Education Coordinator, Director of Partnerships – Council for Professional Recognition (National Child Development Associate Credential Headquarters), Director of Parent Services (Child Care Aware of America), Associate Director of Government Affairs (National Head Start Association), Acting Assistant Principal (Bridges Public Charter School), Strategic Planning Consultant (Georgia Head Start Association), and the American Printing House of the Blind. He has taught kindergarten, first, and third grades.

Brocklin was selected as a Fellow for the Johnson and Johnson Head Start/University of California Los Angeles Management Fellowship Program and the Nike/ NHSA Starting Block Emerging Leadership Program. Non-profits have recognized Brocklin, federal government agencies, and other early leadership organizations for leadership/training and technical assistance in early care, education, and family development. He has served as a keynote speaker and professional workshop presenter for local, state, and national conferences, including 7-Eleven Mindshift Event for Franchises, The Association of Infant Mental in Tennessee, Region IV, Frogstreet, NAEYC, Partnership for Children – North Carolina and Head Start grantees. While serving on the Education Committee, he has provided mentorship and training to high school students enrolled in the Howard University Upward Bound Program. In addition, he is a mentor for ScholarChips, a non-profit organization that provides mentoring, training, and scholarships to high school students with incarcerated parents. For the last 25 years, he has served as a mentor for high school students, college students, and graduate students. Brocklin earned a BA in Communications/Public Relations from Xavier University of Louisiana and an MA in Education (Instruction and Curriculum) from Trinity Washington University. Currently, he is enrolled as a Doctoral student in the Doctor of Education - Applied Learning Sciences program at the University of Miami.
